An editor that creates/updates XML files.
SetXML is a small editor to be run from the Windows command line (or in MSDOS) that lets you create or update XML files easily. It lets you generate scripts that, in batch file mode, run the creations/updates of the XML files.
You can even leave the tasks programmed for a set time. In SetXML the user has everything needed so that, via commands and parameters, they can add all the characteristics of the XML.
On the other hand, SetXML also has functions to be able to insert information of the filepath, version and time/date.
